Products ship within 5-7 days of order submission and are shipped through DHL Express. (Shipping to Greece is through ACS courier).
After this you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package that makes your order trackable at every stage of its travels.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
-Europe, Shipments – delivery in approx. 1-2 working days
-USA, Shipments – delivery in approx. 2-3 working days
-All other countries, Shipments – delivery in approx. 3-5 working days.
The shipping method for all jewelry is A’ Priority Registered Air Mail with tracking number through the Hellenic Post (www.elta.gr). (Shipping to Greece is through ACS courier).

International shipping will take 5-10 business days within Europe and
7-20 business days to USA, Canada, Australia, Asian countries and rest of the world. Sometimes packages with destination to countries out of Europe are delayed due to customs.
All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping using either PayPal or credit card payment.
All TAXES, VAT, DUTIES and CUSTOMS FEES are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at the time of delivery by the shipping carrier.
We receive no proceeds from TAXES, VAT, DUTIES and CUSTOMS FEES as these funds go directly to the government or tax agencies of the importing country.
Returns & Exchanges
Striving to always provide our customers with the best customer service, our company offers a return/exchange policy. A product may be returned, in order to be replaced by another, of the same pecuniary value.
Should a client wish to return a product he/she must inform us, within 7 calendar days of receipt of product, by one of the following manners:

We will process your request and get back to you, within 2 working days.
A product can only be replaced if it is not damaged or altered in any way.
Custom made orders are NON RETURNABLE / REFUNDABLE.
Product to be returned, must be accompanied by the original receipt of payment/invoice and original packaging (where applicable).
Client is responsible for shipping charges of both product returned to our company, as well as replacement product.
Products can only be exchanged for another product and not for money.
